Background: Devices such as silicone rings and silastic bands are recent advances in bariatric surgery adjuncts to laparoscopic gastric sleeve Roux-en-Y bypass order assist weight loss reduce rates of dumping syndrome. Case Report: We describe a rare complication full thickness erosion bleeding 43-year-old patient, three years post MiniMizer band insertion who required endoscopic assisted removal this band. Conclusion: The was not visualised laparoscopically we did have specialist equipment for hence present novel method guided gastrotomy removal.
